Three Bedroom Cottage

This three bedroom cottage is the main house on the property. You will enjoy a large dining room and living area with fully functioning kitchen, well equipped with everything you might need. The cottage has 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms with 2 king beds, 1 queen bed, 3 bathrooms with a bonus area that includes a single bed and desk area. This house is truly a gem with original Sicilian details and antique furniture.

Barbados Bungalow

This is your very own Barbados style bungalow in New Orleans. Everything was custom made for the suite and it's all done in tropical fabrics and woods. Downstairs is a living room with a TV and a comfortable sofa bed that sleeps two. There is a dining area and kitchen with antique painted backsplash, microwave with refrigerator and coffee maker. Upstairs is a queen size bed and marble bath.

Courtyard Room

This beautiful room has a king bed, wonderful artwork and antique furniture and a sitting area with a desk and chairs. It features a freshly renovated bathroom with jetted jacuzzi tub, beautiful tile floors and ample lighting. Amenities include coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave for your convenience. The back carriage house opens up onto the beautiful courtyard and has windows that keep the room nice and bright.

Carriage House

This beautiful room has a king bed, wonderful artwork, antiques, and a lovely sitting area with a desk and chair. This is also a freshly renovated bathroom with walk in rain shower, Italian tile floors and beautiful fixtures. Amenities include coffee maker, mini-fridge and microwave for your convenience. The front carriage house gets a little darker than the back carriage house for those who like to sleep in.

Full Property Buyout

The full property buyout includes all units on property - the Courtyard Room, Carriage House, Three Bedroom Cottage and the Barbados Bungalow.  Guests will have private access to both courtyards and the hot tub, with no other guests on site. This is a great option for Family Reunions, Wedding Parties and other large groups visiting New Orleans.

50% Refund: 30-59 days before check in

No Refund: Less than 30 days before check in
